It appears that FOX 17 anchor Hailey Frances is no longer anchoring the station’s 10 P.M. newscast. Frances did not anchor the 10 P.M. newscasts last week. Instead, she reported from the field while reporter Janice Allen anchored the newscast with Christian Frank. Also, Frances’ biography page was changed from “Anchor” to “Reporter.”
Former news director Tim Dye hired Frances in June 2010 as a replacement for Michele DeSelms, who stepped down from the 10 P.M. newscast so she could spend more time with her family. DeSelms still anchors the 6 P.M. newscast with Christian Frank.
